Meet the Artist!

Hi, my name is Emily Esterdahl, I’m a pursuing illustrator and concept artist born and based in Colorado. I’m in my fourth year of college completing a bachelors degree in Illustration with a concentration in Concept Art. I create art in both digital and traditional media, and I’m drawn to fantasy and magical worlds that intersect with sci‑fi and cyber‑tech. Think enchanted cities, strange creatures, magical characters and worn neon futures. I also have a soft spot for the creepy and spooky. I’m currently open for commissions and available for freelance and studio work.

When I’m not creating whimsical realms you’ll usually find me enjoying movies with friends and family, playing video games, reading fantasy novels, or getting outside to travel and explore nature. I adore my three cats: Shadow, Ash, and Gizmo, who are equal parts chaos and inspiration and just pure love.
